ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Impuzzables™ is a registered trademark since 2021 and all its collections are subject to intellectual property rights.

Following its respect for creativity and protection of intellectual property, Impuzzables™ has a zero tolerance policy to counterfeiting brand or designs. Counterfeiting is the violation of the talent, the skills of the craftsmen and the creativity of the artists to whom Impuzzables™ owes its success. Preserving the creativity and the rights of designers, artists and brands is vital to their long-term survival. One of the biggest threats to that survival today is counterfeiting.

Therefore, Impuzzables™ is very determined to preserve creativity in protecting its brands and collections in the interest of its designers, its customers, its employees and craftsmen and all others who suffer from a counterfeiting business.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded between the visitor of the website www.impuzzables.com who places an order online, hereinafter referred to as the buyer and Impuzzables™, hereinafter called the seller.

Placing an order on www.impuzzables.com​ means that the buyer agrees to the following conditions:

GENERAL

1.1. Impuzzables™ cannot guarantee that the content of the site will be free from inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times and can’t guarantee that all information is up-to-date.

1.2. Impuzzables™ may change the content of the site at any time.

1.3. The colors on your screen may differ from the original product. This depends, among other things, on your settings on your computer. We do our utmost to show the correct colors on our webshop.
All images, photos, drawings, … or data regarding weights, dimensions, coloRs, images of labels, …. on the Impuzzables™ webshop are only approximate, are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

1.4. Impuzzables™ reserves the right to change its delivery and/or payment conditions after the expiry of the term.

1.5. This website is the intellectual property of Impuzzables™. Nothing may be copied or used without permission from Impuzzables™.

1.6. When you order something via our webshop, you must accept the General Terms and Conditions before proceeding with the purchase. It is therefore in your interest to read this carefully before proceeding with the purchase.

PRICES AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

2.1. All stated prices are in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price. These are calculated at the end of your order. Special offers are always clearly stated on the website and are valid while stocks last.

2.2. All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors. The seller has the right to cancel purchases of erroneously prized items or discounts.

2.3. Right of renunciation
The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 10 calendar days (right of renunciation), without payment of a fine, and this from the day following delivery or following the first offer.

There is no right of withdrawal if the product and packaging are no longer in original, complete, undamaged and unused condition. Sales are neither taken back nor exchanged. Deviations from this can be discussed with Impuzzables™ (the seller). You can contact us for this before you proceed with the return, via hello@impuzzables.com

The following conditions and methods apply in order to be able to use the right of renunciation:
1/ Impuzzables™ must first be notified of the application of the right of renunciation, and this must be sent by e-mail to hello@impuzzables.com or on a durable medium available and accessible to the recipient.

2/The products must be returned complete, undamaged and in the original packaging at the customer’s own risk and expense. The products must always be returned with the original labels/labels.

3/ The acceptance of the unopened package by Impuzzables™upon delivery by a shipping company does not imply any acceptance of the goods by Impuzzables™. Impuzzables™ reserves the right to refuse the goods upon receipt if the goods are not in their original condition, or if Impuzzables™ has not been notified and/or the goods reach us after the expiry of the term. Delays in transport for any reason whatsoever are the sole responsibility of the customer and do not imply an extension of the acceptance period.

4/ Goods that have been specifically adapted for the buyer will not be taken back.

2.4. To make use of your right of renunciation, please email the following information to hello@impuzzables.com:

  • name,
  • address,
  • the confirmation email,
  • the order details (order number and ordered item(s),
  • the order date,
  • reason of renunciation.

2.5. Offer
If you have specific questions about dimensions, colour, availability, delivery time or delivery method, you can contact us in advance via hello@impuzzables.com

2.6. Online orders can be refused if the product has already been sold out before the online payment. You will be informed of this by e-mail and will be refunded to the account you used as soon as possible.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

3.1. Impuzzables™ strives for the fastest possible shipment. We strive for a delivery within 10 calendar days after receipt of payment on our account, with the exception of holiday periods where this period can take longer.

3.2. As a customer, you are responsible for the correct transmission of your address details. If your package comes back to us because you provided a wrong address, we are forced to charge for the new shipment.

3.3. Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer with his order. Incorrect delivery addresses are the buyer’s responsibility and may lead to additional costs borne by the buyer.

3.4. Delay cannot give rise to compensation, nor to complete or partial cancellation of the order.

3.5. Delivery takes place while stocks last. The delivery of the products is made by BPost to the delivery address specified by the buyer.  If no one is present, the driver will leave a note so that the package can be collected at the nearest post office according to BPost rules.

3.6. Impuzzables™ is not liable if the delivery term is exceeded due to the carrier’s actions, nor in the event of loss of the products or in the event of a strike. The buyer is aware of the transport risks and should direct any questions in that regard to the carrier.

3.7. If delivery is prevented or excessively burdened due to force majeure, Impuzzables™ has the right to adapt the order to the circumstances or to terminate the agreement. The customer expressly waives any compensation.

3.8. In case of refusal of a delivery by a customer, the costs incurred are for the account of the customer.

3.9. The shipping rates are clearly stated at the end of your order. If the shipment turns out to be more expensive than the standard rate, for example because of a heavier or larger package than standard, you will be notified in advance.

3.10. Impuzzables™ has the right to make partial shipments.

3.11. Impuzzables™ guarantees that the order will be shipped in good condition and that great care is taken in the shipment of items.

PAYMENT

4.1. All prices are in euros, including VAT of 21% and EXCLUDING shipping costs.

4.2.We accept payments via the Mollie payment platform for KBC, Belfius, ING, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and iDEAL.

4.3. Shipping costs will be added to your order afterwards.

4.4. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation by email.

4.5. After receiving your payment on our account number, we will prepare your postal package and send it within the stipulated time.

RETENTION OF TITLE

5.1. The delivered goods remain the property of Impuzzables™ until full payment of the price, including all costs and charges. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to take back the goods, by operation of law and at the expense of the buyer.

RETURN

6.1. For returns, if possible, we first ask whether there is interest in exchanging for another product. If you really do not want this, we will refund you the amount paid for the item you ordered.

6.2. A return must always be requested in writing, within 10 days of receipt, by e-mail to hello@impuzzables.com. The return costs are always borne by the customer.
We expressly ask not to send returns by regular mail, packages MUST BE RETURNED WITH A TRACKING CODE, so it can be traced. If you did return your package by regular mail and the package is lost, unfortunately we cannot refund. Send us the tracking code so we can track the package. You can provide the email address when ordering the return label or send us the tracking code to: hello@impuzzables.com

Returns sent to us without prior notification will NOT be accepted.

6.3. Before sending a return, you must inform us of this by email to hello@impuzzables.com. After our approval, you can return the return at your own expense.

6.4. Returns must reach us in perfect condition, puzzle packages must be in the original state. The labels must not be removed and must be intact. Impuzzables™ will not take back items that have the puzzle packages opened.

6.5. Impuzzables™ is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of returned items.

6.6. After 10 calendar days following the delivery, Impuzzables™ assumes that the customer has agreed to the order.

6.7. Defective items must be reported within 10 calendar days of purchase and can be exchanged for the same type of product in the same color and size, if available. After these 14 calendar days, any right to repair or replacement lapses.

6.8. Refunds for returned goods or defective items will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods.

PERSONAL DATA

7.1. By ordering on the website of Impuzzables™, the buyer expressly authorizes the processing and use of his/her personal data for purposes such as the administration of the customer base, the management of orders, deliveries, payments, marketing and advertising.

7.2. By placing an order, the buyer gives Impuzzables™ the right to include the ordering email address in the mailing list that is used for sending newsletters. You can always unsubscribe from this newsletter via an unsubscribe link in the email.

7.3. We handle your personal data correctly at all times. We only use the data that is necessary for an optimal service. Under no circumstances will personal data be provided to third parties. More information about what is done with your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

VALIDITY OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

8.1. When visiting the website or placing an order, you are communicating electronically with Impuzzables™ and the buyer agrees that all agreements, publications and other electronic messages have the same legal validity as written documents.

FORCE MAJEUR

9.1. Impuzzables™ is not liable if and insofar as our obligations cannot be fulfilled as a result of force majeure.

9.2. Force majeure is understood to mean: any strange cause, as well as any circumstance, which should not reasonably be at its risk. Delay or default by our suppliers, Internet failures, electricity failures, email failures and failures or changes in technology provided by third parties, transportation difficulties, strikes, government action, supply delays, supplier negligence and/or manufacturers of Impuzzables™ as well as of auxiliary persons, illness of personnel, defects in auxiliary or transport equipment are expressly regarded as force majeure.

BILLING

10.1. If you would like to receive an invoice, please send us your billing information by email. You can email us at hello@impuzzables.com. We will prepare an invoice and send it to you by e-mail.

SEVERABILITY

11.1. If an article of these terms and conditions is declared null and void, this nullity will not affect the validity of the other articles.

11.2. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be too broad, the provision shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11.3. If any part of these terms and conditions should be held to be invalid, we reserve the right to substitute this part.

APPLICABLE LAW

12.1. Belgian law applies exclusively to all rights, obligations, offers and agreements to which these general terms and conditions apply, as well as to the general terms and conditions themselves.

12.2. If a dispute arises from our cooperation agreement or agreements based on it, we try to resolve this in the first instance through impartial mediation. If we cannot resolve the dispute in this way, we will have our dispute settled by a competent court in the district of Ghent, dept. Bruges. Both parties (you as the customer and we as the supplier) accept electronic communication (eg e-mail) as means of proof.
